Michael Köhle: Ambassador of wine culture

As the head sommelier and deputy restaurant manager, Michael Köhle takes care of Hugos first class wine cellar which is home to more than 600 wine. Amongst them, the sommelier always finds the perfect wine for each guest.

Sommelier Michael Köhle already impressively proved that he is a virtuoso in his profession: In 2008, he won the 22nd Baden Wine Competition and was herewith the youngest winner of this competition ever and also left his competitors at the Junior Championships of the German Wine Institute behind.
