Eberhard Lange is a master of his craft. Together with his young team he creates uncomplicated dishes with passion on a gourmet level. Michelin-starred cuisine and a casual atmosphere are no longer incompatible opposites. Enjoy a relaxed culinary experience.

Eberhard Lange has been part of the Hugos Team at the InterContinental Berlin since 1998. Under the leadership of the three-time Berlin master chef Thomas Kammeier, he contributed to the success of acquiring a Michelin star. In July 2015, the native Berliner, became head chef of the restaurant.

Since spring 2015 Sommelier Manfred Welter is part of the Hugos team and delights you with his enthusiasm and individual wine recommendations.
Gourmet gastronomy has been part of his professional career since early stages, gaining experiences as Chef de Rang at the Tiger Restaurant in Frankfurt Main and as sommelier at Le Noir in Saarbrücken – each awarded with 2 Michelin stars.
